Notice to Shareholders of Alpha Merchant Bank (In-liquidation)

NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS OF ALPHA MERCHANT BANK (IN-LIQUIDATION)

The Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC), the official Liquidator of the defunct Alpha Merchant Bank has concluded arrangements to pay liquidation dividends to eligible shareholders of the bank with effect from 3rd February, 2020. Accordingly, all persons listed as Shareholders in the register of the bank (in-liquidation) should file their proof of claim with the Liquidator, as NOTICE is hereby given that liquidation dividend is intended to be declared for eligible shareholders.

For further clarification or any assistance, eligible shareholders should contact the representatives of Director, Claims Resolution Department in any of the under listed Centres/Zonal Offices:
