The Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC), the official Liquidator of the defunct Alpha Merchant Bank, Nigeria Merchant Bank and Pan African Bank, has concluded arrangements to pay liquidation dividends to eligible shareholders of the banks, beginning from 3rd September, 2018. Accordingly, all persons listed as Shareholders in the register of the banks (in-liquidation) who are eligible for liquidation dividend should file their proof of claim with the Liquidator, as NOTICE is hereby given that liquidation dividends are intended to be declared for eligible shareholders as follows:
