Condition Of Sale

The properties are being sold on “as is” basis.
Prospective buyers are required to contact the Corporation’s Agents/Representatives through the phone lines provided for further enquiries
Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope together with a deposit of 10% of the bid price in Certified Bank Draft in favour of the respective microfinance banks (In-Liquidation) and with an inscription “BID FOR LANDED PROPERTY,” on the top left hand corner of the envelope. The bid should contain the name, address and telephone numbers of the bidder.
The 10% draft for the unsuccessful bidders would be returned immediately, while the deposit becomes part-payment for the winner.SUBMISSION OF BIDSBids should be submitted to the office of The Director, Asset Management Department, Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation, Lagos Office Annex, NECOM House (25^th Floor), 15 Marina, Lagos on or before 4.00pm on Monday, 14^th October, 2019.OPENING OF BIDSSubmitted bids shall be opened in the presence of all bidders on Tuesday 15^th October, 2019 by 12 noon prompt SIGNED:Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation, Lagos Office Annex,15 Marina, Lagos.
