INSPECTION
 

All interested bidders should liaise with the respective contacts stated in the schedule above for guided inspection of the properties and further enquiries.

 
BIDDING CONDITIONS

•  Bids together with 10% of the bid amount in Certified Bank Draft/Cheque should be submitted in a sealed envelope with “BID FOR LANDED PROPERTY inscribed on the top left corner of the envelope.
•  Bidders may obtain the bank account details for the payment of the 10% deposit from the respective NDIC offices, where necessary.
•  The bid should indicate the bid amount, Name, Address and Telephone numbers of the bidder.
•  The successful bidder will be required to pay the balance of the bid price within 30 days of notification of Management’s approval of the sale, failing which the deposit will be forfeited;
•  Withdrawal of bid by the successful bidder after bid opening will attract a forfeiture of the deposit;
•  Unsuccessful bidders will get a refund of their deposits.
•  The property is sold “as is” and “net” and if the sale cannot be concluded due to circumstances beyond the control of the Liquidator, deposit only would be refunded to the successful bidder.

SUBMISSION OF BIDS
 

Bids should be submitted to the office of The Director, Asset Management Depart, Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation, 25th Floor, NECOM House, 15 Marina Lagos or through any of the contacts on or before 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 2nd May, 2017.

 
OPENING OF BIDS
 
Submitted bids shall be opened in the presence of all bidders on Wednesday, 3rd May, 2017 by 1 p.m. prompt at the Conference Room, Asset Management Department, Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation, 25th Floor, NECOM House, 15 Marina, Lagos.
